Using the app

The PsyWrn Simone app is a free companion for official artist information, events, media, press coverage, saved content, reminders, and optional notifications. You may use it for personal, noncommercial purposes and in compliance with applicable law.

Content and outside services

App content may change as schedules, venues, media availability, and public information change. Confirm time-sensitive event details with the venue before traveling. Links to websites and third-party services are provided for convenience and are governed by those services’ terms.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise credited, the app’s branding, text, photographs, artwork, audio-visual selections, and presentation belong to PsyWrn Simone Museic LLC or are used with permission. These terms do not grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit that material.

Event circle safety

Event circles are private, code-based groups for chosen display names and voluntary arrival status. Do not use an offensive or misleading name, harass another participant, impersonate another person, or share illegal or objectionable material. The app screens names and lets participants report or locally block another member. We may investigate reports, remove content or access, and cooperate with lawful safety requests. Event circles do not provide continuous location and must not be used for emergencies.

Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue app features when reasonably necessary. The app is provided as available without a promise that every feature or external link will always be uninterrupted.
