Overview
PsyWrn Simone Museic LLC provides the PsyWrn Simone iOS and Android apps and the psywrnsimone.com website. The app shares official artist information, events, media, press coverage, saved content, optional event reminders, broadcast notifications, concert memories, live show visuals, and private event circles. The app does not require a traditional user account and does not include advertising, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid upgrades.
Information handled by the app
Saved events, saved articles, reminder preferences, notification interests, cached content, private notes, and photos added to the Concert Memory Vault are stored locally on your device. We do not receive or upload Memory Vault photos or notes. You can remove them in the app, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app.
Live Companion and event circles
When you join a live show experience, the app creates a random device-scoped Firebase identifier and sends limited connection timestamps and the event identifier so synchronized visuals can be delivered and the show operator can see an aggregate count of connected devices. The Live Companion does not collect precise location.
When the show operator activates a hosted livestream, the Live Companion can embed video from YouTube or Facebook. The selected provider may receive device and network information, use cookies or local storage, and process playback interactions under its own privacy policy.
If you create or join an event circle, the display name you choose, the private circle code, event identifier, membership timestamps, and whether you marked yourself as arrived are temporarily stored in Firebase Realtime Database and shared only with people who have joined that circle. Circle codes are invite-only and circles stop accepting activity after the event window. Circle names are screened for objectionable language. A local block list can hide another participant on your device, and the Report action opens a prepared email containing the circle code, displayed name, and random participant reference so our safety team can investigate. The app does not provide public profiles, public discovery, direct messaging, or access to your address book.
Optional push notifications
Broadcast notifications are off until you choose to enable them. When enabled, the app uses Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to create a Firebase installation identifier and messaging token, record the app version and basic Firebase user-agent information, and subscribe the installation to the update categories you select. This information is used to deliver notifications and maintain those subscriptions. The app does not export notification-delivery metrics to BigQuery.
In-app announcements
The iOS and Android apps use Firebase In-App Messaging and Firebase Analytics to display artist announcements while the app is open and measure message delivery, impressions, and interactions. Firebase processes installation identifiers, app and device information, basic app-usage events, and approximate location derived from masked IP addresses. These announcements are separate from optional push notifications. Advertising identifier collection, advertising personalization, and Apple advertising-network attribution registration are disabled. Concert-memory photos, private notes, and contact lists are not sent to Analytics.
Turning notifications off unsubscribes the app from every selected category and deletes its Firebase messaging token. You can also disable notification permission in device Settings or uninstall the app. Firebase may retain service records according to Google’s published retention practices.
Event reminders and permissions
If you select “Remind me” for an event, the app schedules a local notification on your device. Notification permission is requested only when you enable a reminder or opt in to broadcasts. Camera access is requested only when you tap Take photo, and photo-library access is used only when you tap Choose photos. Selected photos are resized and stored locally inside the private Memory Vault; they are never uploaded by the app. It requests internet access for public content, notifications, live visuals, and event circles, and does not request location, contacts, microphone, advertising ID, or financial permissions.
Website links and inquiries
The app can open public webpages, social media, YouTube, email, phone, and map links. Those services process information under their own privacy policies. If you contact us by email or through a prepared inquiry, we use the information you provide to respond to your request and maintain ordinary business records.
Children
The app presents general-audience artist and cultural content and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Security, retention, and choices
Network communication uses encrypted HTTPS connections. We retain direct correspondence only as reasonably needed for business and legal purposes. You may leave an event circle, disable notifications, delete individual concert memories, clear locally stored app data, or uninstall the app at any time. Random device-scoped live-service identities are not public profiles and contain no password.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to connect@psywrnsimone.com.
